摘要
ASr(YDy) 2 O 4 phosphors co-doped with La 3+ and Zn 2+ ions, prepared using a solid-state reaction method. The incorporation of La 3+ and Zn 2+ ions influences the crystal structure, surface morphology, and luminescent characteristics. X-ray diffraction analysis confirms a phase transition from SrY 2 O 4 to SrLa 2 O 4 with La 3+ substitution, while scanning electron microscopy reveals particle growth and morphological changes. The introduction of Zn 2+ enhances crystallinity and increases luminescence intensity at characteristic Dy 3+ emission peaks. Thermal quenching analysis demonstrates stable luminescence at elevated temperatures, indicating excellent thermal stability. The combined effects of La 3+ and Zn 2+ co-doping improve optical properties and material durability, making these phosphors promising for advanced photonic and lighting applications requiring high luminescent efficiency and thermal stability.
