摘要
This study aimed establish a quality control method for Fritillaria ussuriensis Maxim. polysaccharide (FUP). The multidimensional fingerprint of FUP was established, and the relationship between the fingerprint and the antioxidant activity was investigated. The compositions of two monosaccharides (Glc and Ara), five infrared characteristic peaks (1656.12, 1157.89, 1081.38, 1020.03, and 852.14 cm −1 ), two fragments with different molecular weights (1500–500 kDa and < 100 kDa) and four hydrogen signals ( δ 4.98, δ 5.10, δ 5.41, and δ 5.42) were used to evaluate the quality control of FUP. The spectral relationship results showed that the characteristic polysaccharides with higher proportions of Ara and Gal, lower contents of standard normal variable (SNV)1656 cm −1 and SNV 852.14 cm −1 , higher Peak 1, and higher content of δ 5.10 exhibited stronger antioxidant capacity. In conclusion, this study determined the FUP content in F. ussuriensis Maxim. (FU) and established a quality evaluation method based on FUP. Finally, the relationship between the multidimensional fingerprints of polysaccharides and the antioxidant activity was explored, providing a basis for further research on FU.
