摘要
Perfluorinated compounds (PFCs) are a class of widely distributed persistent organic pollutants (POPs), attracting increased attention. Consequently, there is an urgent demand for sensitive, reliable, and high-throughput methods to detect PFCs. This study used a monomer-mediated in situ growth strategy to design and synthesize Fe 3 O 4 @TFA–TAPA–COF. Accordingly, a novel method based on Fe 3 O 4 @TFA–TAPA magnetic solid-phase extraction combined with ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC–MS/MS) was developed to detect 22 ultra trace PFCs from water and honey samples. Several techniques used to characterize Fe 3 O 4 @TFA–TAPA–COF showed that it had a porous structure with a large surface area (102.84 m²/g). Under optimized parameters, the ranges for the limit of detection (LOD) in water and honey were 0.42–23.44 pg/L and 3.36–187.52 pg/kg, respectively. The results indicated that Fe 3 O 4 @TFA–TAPA–COF had high selectivity, high adsorption ability, and reusability. Additionally, the proposed method exhibited good accuracy, low LOD, and good reproducibility. This method was successfully applied to determine PFCs in 54 tap water and 40 honey samples in Shijiazhuang, China, and provided methodological reference and technical support for the risk monitoring of food quality and safety.
