摘要
Novel one-dimensional nano-hierarchical structured SiC@BNNS composite powders were successfully synthesized through a one-step in-situ combustion synthesis in the Si-PTFE(Polytetrafluoroethylene)-B 4 C-N 2 system. The influence of Si content on the morphological evolution of the products was systematically investigated. The results demonstrate that the one-dimensional nano-hierarchical structure, featuring SiC nanowires as the axial framework and radially distributed hBN nanosheets, was successfully obtained at a molar ratio of Si/PTFE/B 4 C=4/1/1. Wettability tests revealed that the as-prepared SiC@BNNS powders exhibit excellent intrinsic hydrophobicity without surface modification, with a water contact angle of 145.2°. Surface research indicated that the composite powders exhibit a specific surface area of 120.97 m 2 /g. Furthermore, the methylene blue adsorption tests showed that the composite powders maintained over 98% removal efficiency through 10 consecutive adsorption-desorption cycles.
