摘要
The coatings with low ice adhesion strength have demonstrated advantageous anti-icing performance. However, the application was limited by the trade-off between ice adhesion strength and durability. In this study, we propose an all-dynamic anti-icing coating system with two-layered structure to address the above issue. First of all, we prepare a polyurea-polyfluoroacrylate block copolymer (PFU-2). The fluoropolymer nanophases and polyurea continuous phases provided icephobicity and mechanical strength, respectively. Further, the dynamic bond exchange enhances chain slippery and fluoropolymer nanophase mobility. In this way, PFU coating exhibited advantageous low ice adhesion strength (∼2 kPa), high durability and self-healability on anti-icing performance. Finally, the all-dynamic coating with polyurea bottom layer/PFU top layer architecture was constructed. In the assistance of dynamic bond, the polyurea bottom layer afforded the elastic behaviour and high self-healing ability. As a result, the freezing of water on PFU-2 surface was reduced by 0.01 g/cm 2 , and the healing ability of the scratch was improved. The PFU top layer afforded low ice adhesion strength while preserving high durability. The combination of multiple functions in the all-dynamic coating made it become a promising anti-icing coating in potential applications.
