摘要
A superamphiphobic microporous array surface was prepared for the first time by adding diamagnetic MoS₂ particles in the process of magnetic field-assisted jet electrodeposition in this paper. The diamagnetic MoS₂ particles were added to the electrodeposition solution. Then, the edges of MoS₂ provided preferential nucleation and deposition sites, and thus they were codeposited on the substrate surface with Ni²⁺ and Fe²⁺. With a magnetic field, the magnetization effect made the microstructures with the same magnetic pole repel each other and they were connected by the MoS₂ to form micropores. Finally, the superamphiphobic effect was achieved through low surface energy modification. Experiments showed that when the concentration of MoS₂ was 6 g/L and the magnetic field intensity was 50 mT, a Ni-Fe-MoS₂ surface with a longitudinal “olive-shaped” microporous structure could be prepared on the substrate. The contact angles of the deposition layer surface to water and oil were 160.87° and 153.92°. In addition, the surface of the deposition layer had good friction performance. The wear debris generated after friction and wear filled the gaps in the hole structure, which leveled the surface of the deposition layer. Moreover, the wear debris produced rolling friction during friction and wear, reducing the dry friction coefficient of the deposition layer surface to as low as 0.153, and the weight-loss rate after friction and wear was only 0.05 %. This paper provided a method for forming a superamphiphobic microstructure on the surface of the deposition layer under the coupling effect of diamagnetic MoS₂ and a magnetic field, which was of great significance for the efficient and rapid preparation of superamphiphobic surfaces with a low friction coefficient.
