摘要
In the face of 5 G technology's rapid growth and expansion, the need for advanced electromagnetic wave absorbing materials continues to increase due to their critical role in mitigating interference and ensuring efficient system operations. These materials are essential for effectively reducing signal interference, which, in turn, enhances signal quality and improves the overall performance of communication systems. In this work, ternary core-shell SiO 2 /NiCo 2 O 4 nanosheets/polypyrrole (PPy) (SNCP) fibers have been fabricated using electrospinning and self-assembly methods, achieving outstanding electromagnetic wave absorption performances. At 1.66 mm thickness, the minimum reflection loss (RL min ) reaches −59.87 dB, while at 1.92 mm, the effective absorption bandwidth (EAB) is 5.94 GHz. Additionally, radar cross-section (RCS) simulation outcomes manifest that SNCP exhibits excellent electromagnetic wave attenuation capabilities, with a maximum RCS reduction of 16.27 dB m². The outstanding electromagnetic wave absorption performance is a result of the dielectric properties provided by the SiO 2 fibers matrix, the magnetic properties of the NiCo 2 O 4 nanosheets, the weak conductivity of the PPy shell, and the synergistic interactions and structural effects of the ternary composite. This research offers significant insights into designing and optimizing ternary electromagnetic wave absorbing materials.
