摘要

Exploring electrode materials with excellent performance is an important topic in meeting the needs of supercapacitors. Here, we report a three-dimensional porous CuCo 2 S 4 /graphene/Carbon nanotube (CuCo 2 S 4 /GO/CNTs) composite material. By constructing a three-dimensional interpenetrating network through chemical cross-linking, CuCo 2 S 4 nanosheets are combined for the first time with the planar loading characteristics of GO and the conductive advantages of CNT, solving the problem of structural instability caused by volume expansion of metal sulfides. A good charge transfer network was formed by using the GO/CNT heterogeneous interface, achieving high electrical conductivity and stable cycling performance. At the same time, it also hindered the re-stacking of CuCo 2 S 4 nanosheets with GO. Notably, as A binderless electrode in a water-electrolyte, the resulting CuCo 2 S 4 /GO/CNTs composite has a high specific capacitance of 1659.46 F g −1 at 1 A g −1 . It also has excellent cycle stability (90.45 % capacitance maintained after 5000 cycles at A high current density of 10 A g −1 ). In addition, asymmetric capacitors prepared with CuCo 2 S 4 /GO/CNTs and AC as positive and negative electrodes have higher energy and power density (62.4 Wh kg −1 , 802.3 W kg −1 ) and long cycle stability after 10,000 cycles. This multi-component collaborative enhancement strategy provides a new material design idea for the development of high-energy power density supercapacitors.
