摘要
Metal organic framework (MOF), with light weight, high specific surface area, and tenability had significant electromagnetic wave (EMW) absorption potential. Ultrathin and efficient UiO-66 MOF/CNT composites are successfully prepared using a simple solvothermal method. The high porosity and large specific surface area of the MOF provide multiple pathways for charge transport, significantly enhancing the probability of EMW reflection and scattering. Under the synergistic effect of CNTs, the conductivity loss and polarization relaxation loss of the composites increased, leading to improved impedance matching. With the combined influence of various attenuation mechanisms, the composites exhibit outstanding EMW absorption performance, with a minimum reflection loss of −54.74 dB and an effective absorption bandwidth of 2.94 GHz at a thickness of 2.04 mm. Additionally, the radar cross section of the MOF/CNT composites was reduced by a maximum of 14.8 dB compared to that of a metal plate, demonstrating excellent practical application potential. Therefore, lightweight, ultrathin, and broadband high-efficiency absorption MOF/CNT composites held significant promise for widespread EMW absorption applications.
