摘要

This study aims to improve the mechanical sensitivity of TKX-50 by adding various thermal conductive materials. The results showed that the synergistic addition of one-dimensional (1D) and two-dimensional (2D) thermal conductive materials significantly improves thermal conductivity and mechanical sensitivity. Among them, PBX@AgNWs-Graphene demonstrated superior performance compared to the raw TKX-50, with 44.44 % increase in thermal conductivity, 120.00 % decrease in impact sensitivity, and 153.13 % decrease in friction sensitivity. Research revealed a positive correlation between thermal conductivity and impact sensitivity at low levels, but high thermal conductivity had limited impact on further reducing sensitivity. Absolutely, the research highlights the existence of an optimal range for the content of thermal conductive materials in the formula. Adding more than the optimal amount may not significantly boost impact sensitivity and may also degrade the detonation performance. These discoveries are pivotal for guiding the formulation design of TKX-50, ensuring the balance between impact sensitivity and detonation performance.
