摘要
In this paper, a dual-potential-resolved label-free signal transduction electrochemiluminescence (ECL) biosensor based on hydrogen peroxide system was constructed by using CeO 2 -Au to modify the electrode, and selecting CdS QDs and DPEA-AuNCs as independent cathodic and anodic ECL light sources. CeO 2 -Au improves the conductivity and interfacial environment of the working electrode, immobilizes the DNA strand of the hairpin structure through Au-S bonding, and also catalyzes the generation of a large amount of superoxide anion from hydrogen peroxide. In order to achieve specific detection, CdS QDs and DPEA-AuNCs were selected to modify the aptamers, respectively, and two targeted functional probes were designed to recognize Staphylococcus aureus and Vibrio parahaemolyticus , respectively, and to detect these two food-borne pathogens simultaneously by two-potential discrimination. After a series of tests and validations, the sensor exhibited good selectivity and sensitivity, showcasing its significant potential in the realm of food safety detection and offering an effective method for the concurrent detection of various pathogenic bacteria in food.
