摘要
In this paper, the silicon-based composites with in-situ growth of SiOCN nanofibers were produced by the catalyst-assisted pyrolysis of the self-formulated vinyl polysilazane photo-curable resin printed via digital light processing (DLP). The effects of Ni(acac) 2 contents on the properties of the initial resin, the printing parameters, and the morphology, structure, and mechanical properties of the pyrolytic specimens were investigated in detail. Gradient composites with SiOCN as the matrix and SiO 2 as the surface were obtained by the catalytic effect, and the SiOCN fibers were also in situ grown in such matrix. Specimens printed with the resin load with 0.5 wt% Ni(acac) 2 sintering at 1400℃ achieved the maximum bending strength and hardness values of 84.00 ± 2.33 MPa and 8.90 ± 0.57 GPa, respectively, which shows a ∼32.4 % and ∼7 % improvement compared with specimens printed with the initial resin. The compression strength of 26.15 ± 1.39 MPa was obtained for the planar structure with a triangle unit, which shows a future use of such materials in cellular structures. The typical structure and the gradient distribution of the atoms derived by the catalytic is the key to such improvement. The results in this paper pave the way to integrate additive manufacturing with the functional utilization of the PDCs.
