摘要
Selective P O bond cleavage in organophosphorus pollutants under acidic conditions represents a key challenge in phosphatase-mimicking nanozyme design. Inspired by natural phosphatases, we designed and synthesized Zr x Co y -ZIF nanozymes featuring a Zr-N 4 coordination framework, achieving alkaline-free detoxification (t 1 / 2 =0.3 min, detoxification efficiency > 99 %). Theoretical analyses reveal that the oxygen-bridged proton shuttle activates interfacial water to supply protons for P O bond cleavage, while the Zr-Co electron transfer system reduces polarization energy barriers, enabling dual-site synergistic catalysis. Additionally, its magnetism facilitates material recovery, ensuring environmental friendliness. Notably, Zr x Co y -ZIF efficiently cleaves phosphodiester bonds and disrupts biofilms, removing > 90 % both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, with excellent antibacterial effects in real samples (lettuce, chicken, milk; removal rate > 85 %), demonstrating potential as a novel high-efficiency antimicrobial agent.
