摘要
All-inorganic perovskite materials have emerged as highly promising candidates for optoelectronic applications due to their outstanding optoelectronic properties. In this work, we developed an in situ synthetic strategy to fabricate CeO2/Cs4PbBr6 nanocomposites with reversible photoluminescence characteristics. Structural and optical characterization techniques, including powder X-ray diffraction, PL spectroscopy, and elemental mapping analysis, confirmed the successful formation of the nanocomposites, which exhibited photoluminescence and reversible fluorescent response specialties. Notably, systematic investigations revealed that the reaction time and CsBr/PbBr2 molar ratio are critical parameters for optimizing the performance of nanocomposites. Moreover, the practical applicability of the synthesized nanocomposites was demonstrated through the successful fabrication of a white light-emitting diode device, demonstrating their potential for application in optoelectronic devices.
