摘要
Developing cost-effective, efficient, and durable oxygen evolution reaction (OER) electrocatalysts is essential for advancing water splitting to produce clean hydrogen, enabling sustainable energy conversion while reducing reliance on noble metals. Herein, we present a feasible approach for synthesizing a trimetallic selenide catalyst Ni 3 Se 2 @CoSe 2 @FeSe (Ni–CoFe–Se) with ultra-thin nanosheets morphology via the facile selenization of NiCoFe Prussian blue analogues (PBAs) to enhance the OER performance. By leveraging the synergistic interactions within the trimetallic selenide heterostructures and the rationally engineering rich heterointerfaces and defect, the electronic structure of Ni–CoFe–Se was optimized and high-density active sites were generated. The optimal Ni–CoFe–Se catalyst demonstrates excellent OER performance, achieving a low overpotential of 176 mV at 10 mA cm −2 in alkaline conditions, and exhibiting a low Tafel slope of 59 mV·dec −1 . The developed catalyst also possesses excellent stability and long-term durability in electrocatalytic applications. This work offers an effective strategy for designing non-noble metal catalysts through the collaborative integration of chemical composition tuning and structural engineering.
