摘要
Nevirapine, as one of the antiretroviral drugs, is widely used for the treatment of HIV/AIDS. With the rapid growth in demand for precision medicine and point-of-care rapid diagnostics, electrochemical detection technology has emerged as a key driver of point-of-care testing due to its high sensitivity, potential for miniaturization, low power consumption, and cost-effectiveness. In this experiment, a bimetallic MOF nanocomposite, NiCu-MOF, was synthesized via the solvothermal method and combined with MWCNTs and Ti 3 C 2 via ultrasonication to construct a nevirapine electrochemical sensor for detecting nevirapine. Under optimized experimental conditions, the linear range of nevirapine is 0.01–10.0 μM and 10.0–50.0 μM, with a detection limit of 1.2 nM(0.32 ng/mL). When applied to actual sample testing, the sensor was found to be suitable for the detection of nevirapine in actual samples, yielding recovery rates of 98.71–106.3 % and demonstrating good practical application value. Additionally, the sensor exhibits high selectivity and resistance to interference, and employs a simple synthesis process for the nevirapine detection in serum and urine.
