摘要
Hyperglycemia usually causes microvascular damage, which leads to chronic wound healing and is highly susceptible to bacterial infections. Overdependence on antibiotics accelerates the evolution of drug-resistant strains, making the treatment of diabetes related infected wounds more complex and difficult. Therefore, it is urgent to develop new antibacterial materials and therapeutic regimens, especially for diabetic wound infected with drug resistant bacteria. Herein, we propose a strategy based on black phosphorus nano-snowflakes (BPSFs) enhanced hydrogel (BPSFs@H), in which the BPSFs function as photothermal-responsive nanozymes, dedicated to the repair of diabetic infected wounds. The designed BPSFs are near-infrared (NIR) triggered photothermal responsive, and are effective in inhibiting methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) by generating reactive oxygen species (ROS). BPSFs@H hydrogel exhibited remarkable efficacy in promoting cell migration and neovascularization. Moreover, it demonstrated the capacity to modulate the secretion of bioactive components by macrophages, driving them toward an anti-inflammatory phenotype. Animal studies revealed that BPSFs@H hydrogel substantially promoted the regeneration of wound epithelial tissue and enhanced the healing efficacy of infected wounds. Through mechanisms including augmented collagen deposition, improved local inflammatory response, and accelerated angiogenesis, this hydrogel significantly enhances the wound repair process by promoting re-epithelialization.
