摘要
Chemotherapy, as a primary cancer treatment modality, faces limitations in efficacy and patient tolerance due to non-specific cytotoxicity, drug resistance, and adverse effects. This study develops a multifunctional nanoplatform (DOX-FA-CS-BiO 1 . 5 ) for NIR-Ⅱ photoacoustic imaging-guided visualized synergistic photothermal-chemotherapy, aiming to achieve enhanced therapeutic outcomes. The BiO 1 . 5 component ensures superior photothermal conversion efficiency and photoacoustic imaging performance, while the synergistic platform's high drug loading capacity and pH-responsive controlled release profile significantly improve tumor cell eradication rates. The chitosan-folic acid dual coating enhances biocompatibility and tumor-targeting specificity. Through synergistic effects, this nanoplatform demonstrates superior antitumor efficacy, offering a novel paradigm for constructing integrated platforms for imaging-guided visualized cancer theranostics.
