摘要
The exceptional protection of epoxy resin (EP) is restricted in practical applications due to high electrical insulation and inherent microporous defects. In this study, acid-doped polypyrrole (f-PPy)/MXene hybrid nanomaterials incorporated into the EP matrix to construct three-dimensional (3D) conductive network that simultaneously enhances corrosion resistance and imparts antistatic capability. Electrochemical impedance measurements demonstrate a long-term stability, maintaining 9.73 × 10 10 Ω cm 2 even after 14 days of immersion, which is significantly higher than the EP coatings. Compared with pure EP, the composite SiO 2 @f-PPy/MXene/EP coating shows a 3 times reduction in surface resistivity (8.68 × 10 7 Ω m) and exceeds the industrial antistatic threshold by two orders of magnitude. The enhanced anticorrosion is attributed to the synergistic contribution of the triple properties of the SiO 2 @f-PPy/MXene: “labyrinth effect”, redox effect and corrosion inhibition. SiO 2 @f-PPy/MXene 3D conductive network enhances the antistatic ability of EP. This dual-functional strategy addresses the critical gap of combining anticorrosion and antistatic performance in EP coatings and offers a practical route for protective applications on Mg alloys.
