摘要
SiOC ceramics were fabricated via the 1000 °C pyrolysis of cured green bodies derived from a ceramic precursor slurry system. The effects of the carbon nanotube (CNT) content on both the Si-O-C polymer precursor slurry and its resulting ceramic products were investigated. This study focused on slurry preparation, green-body properties, pyrolysis conditions, ceramic microstructure, and final performance of the resulting ceramics. The preparation method and properties of the CNTs/Si-O-C precursor materials were also examined. The experimental results demonstrated that at the optimal CNT loading of 1.5 wt%, the charge-transfer resistance of the resulting SiOC ceramic was 4.08 × 10 4 Ω cm 2 .
