摘要
Designing compact heterojunctions with optimized light absorption and carrier separation is a promising approach to realizing economically viable CO 2 photoreduction, yet it requires intricate structural and electronic engineering. Herein, a compact 0D/2D heterojunction was constructed by growing CsPbBr 3 nanocrystals (NCs) in situ on ultrathin porous nanosheets of Ni-doped LaFeO 3 . The resulting Ni-doped LaFeO 3 /CsPbBr 3 heterojunction exhibits a broad light absorption range. Mechanistic investigations reveal that the charge transfer follows a direct Z-scheme mechanism, thereby enabling highly efficient charge separation and transport. As a result, the optimized LaFe 0.74 Ni 0.26 O 3 /CsPbBr 3 exhibited a remarkable CO yield of 49.5 μmol g −1 h −1 with an electron consumption rate of 107.8 μmol g −1 h −1 , which is twice that of its undoped heterojunction and 5.5 times higher than pristine CsPbBr 3 NCs, setting a new benchmark among reported solid–gas CO 2 reduction systems with visible light. This work highlights the synergistic benefits of heteroatom doping and heterojunction engineering in enhancing photocatalytic performance, offering valuable insights for the development of efficient photocatalysts for solar-driven CO 2 photoreduction.
