摘要
Molybdenum disulfide (MoS 2 ) has garnered significant attention as a promising electromagnetic wave absorber, owing to its distinctive layered structure composed of S-Mo-S slabs, weak van der Waals interlayer forces, high specific surface area, and tunable morphology. These inherent properties are particularly advantageous for mitigating electromagnetic interference in emerging technologies such as 5 G wireless communication and wearable electronic devices. The ion intercalation technique commonly used in energy catalysis is utilized to enhance the absorbing performance of MoS 2 by increasing the spacing between layers and insert CoNi alloy into its layer. The developed MoS 2 /CoNi heterojunction absorber effectively suppress alloy oxidation while regulating the electromagnetic parameters and impedance matching of the composite, leading to a significant improvement in absorption performance. The results prove that the prepared MoS 2 /CoNi heterostructures exhibit excellent comprehensive electromagnetic wave absorption performance. All samples exhibit the minimum reflection loss values lower than −50 dB, with the corresponding matching frequencies being at low frequencies. Excellent absorbing performance is inseparable from the improvement of material structure, and the modification of MoS 2 by ion intercalation is the key core to improve electromagnetic wave absorption performance. This discovery provides a promising alternative technique that utilizes two-dimensional materials to develop simple, customizable and low-cost absorbers.
