摘要
Methyl parathion (MP), a highly poisonous organophosphorus pesticide, demands precise detection owing to its detrimental residues in agricultural products and human health hazards. Herein, a novel electrochemical sensor based on a nanocomposite of Ti-substituted Keggin-type polyoxometalate (POM, Ti 2 PW 10 ) and carbon nanotubes (CNTs) was developed for sensitive monitoring of MP. The Ti 2 PW 10 @CNTs composite was successfully fabricated and characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), infrared spectroscopy (IR), Power X-ray diffraction (PXRD), Raman spectroscopy, X-ray and photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and electrochemical techniques. Owing to the synergistic effect between Ti 2 PW 10 and CNTs, superior analytical performance for MP was exhibited by the Ti 2 PW 10 @CNTs/GCE. Within the 0.8–8 μM concentration range, it achieved low detection limit (65.55 nM, S/N = 3) and high sensitivity (3.048 μA·μM −1 ), coupled with favorable selectivity, reproducibility and stability. Moreover, the Ti 2 PW 10 @CNTs/GCE was applied to detect the MP content in actual licorice samples, yielding recoveries of 101.5 %–104.5 %. This study offers a novel strategy for constructing a highly sensitive electrochemical sensing platform to monitor MP residues.
