摘要

Sodium pentachlorophenol (PCP-Na) is an organic chloride compound which is highly toxic and difficult to degrade, widely distributed in various environments, and the accurate on-site detection of PCP-Na is important for environmental monitoring and pollution control. This article proposed a fiber-optic surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensor based on conjugated microporous polymers for detection of PCP-Na. Conjugated microporous polymer material YH-1-135 with amino functional groups on the surface was synthesized by solvothermal method and modified on the surface of fiber-optic SPR sensor. Which utilized the electrostatic force between amino groups and PCP-Na molecules to achieve specific detection of PCP-Na, with a detection limit as low as 1.31 pg/mL and a detection time of 180 s. Compared with existing detection methods, this method has significant advantages in detection range, detection limit, and detection time. This study can be used for the rapid on-site detection of PCP-Na, and also offers new ideas for the application of fiber-optic SPR sensor in environmental pollutant detection.
