摘要
In this study, a novel orange-red Sr 2 ScGaO 5 : x Eu 2+ phosphor was designed and produced adopting a high-temperature solid-phase technique, and its properties were optimized using a cation substitution strategy of Sr/Ca substitution and Yb 3+ co-doping. Experiments revealed that Eu 2+ doping causes the material to emit orange-red light at 606 nm, with a quantum efficiency of 67.51 %. Replacing Sr 2+ with Ca 2+ further red-shifted the emission peak to 646 nm, broadening the red-light region. Through co-doping with Eu 2+ and Yb 3+ , the thermal stability of the phosphor is significantly improved, with the light emission intensity retention rate at 423 K increasing from 59.84 % to 88.31 %, providing a new approach to enhancing the thermal stability of Eu 2+ -doped phosphors. The WLED devices prepared using Sr 2 ScGaO 5 :0.04Eu 2+ , 1.4Ca 2+ achieved a CRI of 88.1, with a CCT of 3715 K. The WLED device produced using Sr 2 ScGaO 5 :0.04Eu 2+ , 0.03Yb 3+ exhibited a CRI of 90.4 and a CCT of 4076 K. Both performances significantly outperform commercial WLED, effectively addressing the deficiency of insufficient red light in commercial WLED. This phosphor has also been successfully applied in fingerprint recognition, highlighting its potential for multi-domain applications.
