摘要
Engineering biomass-derived Pickering emulsions offers a sustainable pathway for precision agrochemical delivery. However, concurrent optimization of impact tolerance, interfacial adhesion, and pathological microenvironment-triggered release poses significant challenges, as existing systems frequently exhibit structural disintegration under operational stresses and insufficient responsiveness to biotic signals. Herein, we fabricate an intelligent Pickering emulsion via interfacial supramolecular assembly governed by dynamic B O bonds between alginate-anchored polydopamine and phenylboronic acid moieties. The engineered system exhibits two synergistic characteristics: first, the self-adaptive interfacial layer demonstrates outstanding mechanical energy dissipation, with recorded dissipation efficiencies of 75.6 % and 94.1 % during the maximal spreading and retraction phases, respectively, while maintaining substantial foliar adhesion (51.9 % retention). Second, the architecture enables pathogen-specific release, responding to acidic microenvironments at infection sites with 56.8 % simulated medicine release under acidic conditions, compared to 36.3 % under neutral conditions. The system additionally exhibits pronounced antifungal efficacy, showing 68.7 % suppression against Botrytis cinerea in laboratory assays. By merging ecological biomaterials with stimulus-responsive coordination chemistry, this work presents a versatile paradigm for next-generation delivery systems that offer enhanced mechanical endurance and precise biological targeting.
