摘要
Miniaturized lasers with tailored lasing modes are critical for integrated photonics, demanding their high-level integration and 3D or multi-dimensional designability. Here, we demonstrate the intracavity light field modulation by integrating micro-optics into Fabry-Pérot (FP) microcavities using two-photon-lithography. Synergistic modulations of the internal element geometry and cavity configuration provide adjustable and stable resonance control. The quality factor of focusing micro-optics integrated microcavity is up to ∼ 5.8 × 10 5 from ∼ 10 3 in plane-parallel FP microcavities, while decreasing lasing thresholds to ∼ 0.3–2.5 µJ·mm −2 . The microlaser with an intracavity axicon generates stable Bessel-Gaussian beam with a ∼ 150 µm non-diffraction distance. A 2D Hermite-Gaussian mode selector with indices up to 19 is implemented by off-axis pumping. As a proof of concept, the biomimetic all-optical displacement perception inspired by biologically hair sensilla reaches a sensitivity of up to −1.13 nm·µm −1 . Its deep-learning-driven recognition based on lasing mode images is explored to obtain an accuracy over 88.94%. This work may promise small lasers with freely designed compact configurations and improved performance for diverse integrated applications.
