摘要
With the rapid development of 5G communication technology, higher requirements have been imposed on microwave dielectric ceramic materials. Ceramic materials with low dielectric constant, excellent temperature stability, and low sintering temperature have become current research focus. In this study, (1- x )Li 2 MoO 4 - x BaV 2 O 6 (LM- x BV, x = 0.7, 0.78, 0.8, 0.9) ceramics were successfully prepared via the solid-state reaction method, and their microstructures, microwave dielectric properties and antenna simulation were investigated. XRD and Raman spectroscopy confirmed the coexistence of BaV 2 O 6 , BaMoO 4 and LiVO 3 phases in all LM-BV systems. Bulk density, Q × f and τ f values approximately increased, and ε r decreased, with BV contents increased at optimum sintering temperature. LM-0.8BV ceramic was obtained with excellent microwave dielectric properties of ε r = 9.32, Q × f = 11246.3 GHz and τ f = 2.8 ppm/ ℃. The DRA designed based on Li 2 MoO 4 -0.8BaV 2 O 6 ceramics demonstrated excellent performance at 7.88 GHz, including a return loss of ~ -33.51 dB, high efficiency (~ 95%), a peak gain of ~ 7.3 dB, and a bandwidth of 500 MHz. These results indicated that the material had promising potential for applications in microwave devices within Low-Temperature Co-fired Ceramic (LTCC) technology.
