摘要
Mn 4+ has been widely used in the field of optical temperature measurement and plant growth illumination because of its special luminous properties. In this study, a series of novel red-emitting phosphors Ca 3 La 2- x W 2 O 12 : x Eu 3+ ,0.008Mn 4+ (CLWO: x Eu 3+ ,Mn 4+ ) (0≤ x ≤ 0.12, Δ x= 0.02) were successfully synthesized via a high-temperature solid-state method. Systematic investigations were conducted on the crystal structure, morphological characteristics, elemental distribution, luminescent properties, thermal stability, and electroluminescence spectra of CLWO:Eu 3+ ,Mn 4+ phosphor. The results demonstrate that CLWO:0.02Eu 3+ ,0.008Mn 4+ phosphor exhibits excellent optical temperature sensing performance (S a = 0.55 K -1 @433 K, S r = 3.21 %K −1 @423 K). Moreover, the electroluminescence spectrum of the LED device fabricated using CLWO:0.06Eu 3+ ,0.008Mn 4+ phosphor shows a high degree of spectral overlap with the absorption spectra of chlorophyll (B) and phytochromes (P r , P fr ), which are essential for plant growth. These findings strongly indicate that CLWO:Eu 3+ ,Mn 4+ phosphor holds significant potential for applications in both optical thermometry and plant growth lighting.
