摘要
Optical approaches for logic operations and sensing, compared with traditional electrical systems, possess advantages of rich tunability and multi-environmental stimulus response. In this study, Eu 3 + /Dy 3+ -doped Y 2 Mo 3 O 12 phosphors are investigated, focusing on their photoluminescence intensity enhancement as the temperature increases. Based on these properties, multiple functional systems were designed and implemented. These include light and thermal input logic circuit system achieved by modulating emission intensities, and a spatially encoded matrix capable of performing six different logic operations. Furthermore, an optical thermometer utilizing fluorescence intensity ratio variations and a dual-modal sensor integrating optical temperature detection with electrical pressure sensing, exhibiting minimal signal crosstalk, were developed. These results suggest that Y 2 Mo 3 O 12 : Eu 3+ , Dy 3+ phosphors hold great potential for advanced optoelectronic logic and sensing applications.
