摘要

The polyacrylate-poly (styrene- ran -acrylonitrile) (ASA) resin demonstrates enhanced weather resistance compared to acrylonitrile–butadiene–styrene (ABS) resin by utilizing saturated carbon chain poly (butyl acrylate) rubber to reinforce its toughness. However, the lack of double bonds inhibits the formation of graft structures, leading to poor compatibility. Meanwhile, the current mainstream method for producing ASA resin is the emulsion grafting and blending process, which involves relatively complex production steps. This work employs a strategy based on supramolecular physical interactions and molecular polarity optimization, utilizing a one-pot in situ bulk polymerization method to synthesize processable ASA resin with dipole–dipole interactions between its two-phase structure. The one-pot in situ bulk polymerization method significantly shortens the preparation process for ASA resin. The ASA resin obtained demonstrates outstanding impact strength (79.9 kJ/m 2 ), elongation (47.8 %), and toughness (15.4 MJ/m 3 ). Additionally, it exhibits outstanding processability, with an increase in melt index from approximately 20.0 g/10 min to 47.3 g/10 min. Based on these outstanding mechanical properties, machinability, and weather resistance, it can be fabricated into a sophisticated device through 3D printing technology.
