摘要
Soil environment and food safety are closely related to the daily lives of Human. Therefore, it is crucial to explore efficient methods for the detection of heavy metals in soil and food additives in drinks. In this study, silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) were modified on the surface of a polyoxometalate-based anionic metal-organic framework [NBu 4 ] 3 [PMo V 8 Mo VI 4 O 36 (OH) 4 Zn 4 (BDC) 2 ]·2H 2 O (POMOF) to obtain a multifunctional electrochemical sensing material (AgNPs@POMOF) through the reduction of NaBH 4 . The title AgNPs@POMOF was characterized by infrared spectroscopy (IR), powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). AgNPs@POMOF-modified carbon paste electrodes (AgNPs@POMOF-CPE) were prepared and characterized by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and cyclic voltammetry, which exhibited good electrochemical detection ability for Hg 2+ and sunset yellow (SY), along with low detection limit (5.88 nM and 0.878 μM), good anti-interference ability and stability. The simulation application research for Hg 2+ and SY were also investigated for soil and juice samples, respectively. The reproducibility and mechanism have also been studied.
