摘要
As an electrode material for supercapacitors, MXene exhibits a natural tendency to stack during electrochemical processes, resulting in a significant degradation of capacitance performance. This study introduced Cu 2 O between MXene nanosheets to enhance the electrochemical performance of the material. Different morphologies of Cu 2 O/MXene films were fabricated through electrostatic self-assembly. Characterization revealed that larger Cu 2 O particles adhered to the edges of MXene nanosheets, while smaller nanoparticles were located between the MXene nanosheet layers. At a current density of 1 A g −1 , the mass specific capacitance of MXene was 240 F g −1 , the porous spherical Cu 2 O/MXene was 316 F g −1 , its specific capacitance reached 509 F g −1 at 0.5 A g −1 , and it maintained a capacitance retention of 69.3 % after 10,000 cycles. The results suggest that the superior electrochemical performance of the composite material can be attributed to the Cu 2 O dispersed on MXene, which provides additional pseudo-capacitance and increases the active sites.
