摘要
Multifunctional knitted fabrics with Janus structure have been widely used for smart wearable textiles in the personal thermal management. Nevertheless, the existing intelligent textiles often lack efficient sweat management capacity and thermal comfort under many practical conditions. Herein, a Janus composite fabric (JPF) based on paper-yarn fabric was proposed, which integrated radiative cooling effects with unidirectional moisture-wicking performance through a combination of electrospinning and spray coating, utilizing cellulose-based materials and inorganic particles. The results showed that the JPF exhibited good solar reflectance at 88.6 %, and infrared emissivity at 94.7 %, and it confers excellent moisture-wicking and antigravity water transfer properties, water vapor transmission rate of 192 g −2 h −1 , water contact angle shifted to 0° within 2 s. Besides, the outdoor experiment reveals that the JPF have outstanding cooling properties, its temperature has dropped by 9.2 °C compared to ambient temperature. In addition, the tensile strength of the JPF compared with original paper-yarn fabric has been enhanced an increase of 8.46 %. This multifunctional textile integrates radiative cooling with moisture management, exhibiting new avenues for sustainable, energy-efficient, and intelligent textile design that significantly enhances human comfort in hot climates.
