摘要
Hydrogen energy is a highly promising clean energy source, held immense potential for commercial applications. However, the inherent flammability of hydrogen posed significant safety challenges, creating an urgent need for the development of reliable, standalone, and cost-effective hydrogen sensors. Currently, main hydrogen sensors typically relied on high-temperature operating conditions, which to some extent limited their deployment in specific application scenarios. Our research focused on material systems and structural design. Hollow spherical ZnSnO 3 nanoparticles were first synthesized, followed by uniform loading of ZnSnO 3 onto rGO aerogel to form a p-n heterojunction. Notably, the ZTO@rGA-4 sensor exhibited a high response value (98.2) to 10,000 ppm hydrogen at 25 °C, with short response/recovery time (44/92 s), alongside excellent repeatability and long-term stability.
