摘要
Perovskite quantum dot (PQD) glass often suffers from poor control of nucleation and growth. In this study, we systematically explore the role of NaF doping (0–10 mol%) in regulating the network structure and in-situ crystallization behavior of CsPbBr 3 PQDs embedded in borosilicate glass. Moderate NaF (8 mol%) depolymerizes the network by increasing non-bridging oxygen and enlarges local free volume, which lowers the crystallization barrier from 52 kJ/mol to 46 kJ/mol and enables uniform in-situ crystallization within a narrow heat-treatment window. Consequently, the photoluminescence quantum yield rises from 10.3 % (undoped) to 87 % (8 mol%). The optimized glass maintains 96.5 % of its initial PL intensity after thermal cycling (25–200 °C), 92 % after 30 days of UV exposure, and 98 % after 30 days of water immersion. These findings highlight NaF's dual role as both a network modifier and a kinetic crystallization regulator, and provide a composition-temperature window for the design of high-efficiency, environmentally robust PQD glasses for optoelectronic applications.
