摘要
In this study, carbon nanorods (CNRs) were synthesized via a surfactant@salt self-assembly strategy, overcoming the limitations of conventional carbon nanomaterials in morphology control. Sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate (SDBS) served as the carbon precursor, while sodium chloride (NaCl) acted as a structural spacer to guide nanorod formation. The synthesized SDBS@NaCl CNRs were systematically characterized by SEM, XPS, FT-IR, XRD, and Raman spectroscopy. The results demonstrate that amorphous carbon nanorods with a partially graphitized ordered structure have been successfully synthesized. The CNRs feature dominant oxygen-containing functional groups (C–O, C = O), uniform diameters (∼60 nm), and tunable lengths (1200 ± 400 nm), achieving an exceptional L/D ratio of up to 30. This work not only validates the efficacy of the salt-mediated self-assembly approach but also underscores its potential for designing advanced carbon nanostructures with tailored dimensions and surface properties, paving the way for multifunctional applications in energy storage and catalysis.
