摘要
All-in-organic cesium lead halides’ perovskites have shown great potential for light-emitting diodes (LEDs), while the low photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY) of blue-violet emitting limits their application. In this paper, the blue-violet PL of CsPbCl 3 nanocrystals (NCs) was enhanced by Mn doping first, and the PLQY of which was further increased from 4.0 to 93.8% by the post-synthetic treatment of CdCl 2 . Microstructure analyses suggest that part of Pb ions were substituted by Mn and Cd ions, and the average size of the NCs decrease from 9.09 to 8.06 nm. Optical testing shows that both the improvement of crystalline quality and surface structure contribute to the high PLQY, and crystalline quality improvement caused by ions substitution in the NCs contributes to the stability of optical emission. The high PLQY, ease of preparation, and air stability properties of the Cd–Mn co-doped CsPbCl 3 NCs make it attractive for efficient blue and white LEDs.
