摘要

Breaking the inherent contradiction between high energy and insensitivity and pursuing enviro-friendly, high safety and excellent thermal decomposition properties are urgently desired for the development of modern composite solid propellants . 2,6-Diamino-3,5-dinitropyrazine-1-oxide (LLM-105) nanoparticles were uniformly deposited on the surface of ammonium perchlorate (AP) by ultrasonic shock with Estane as modifier. In the current work, it was concluded that the crystal phase and morphology of AP remained unchanged, and that complete and dense AP@LLM-105 core-shell composites were obtained at 15% LLM-105. In addition, the high temperature decomposition peak of AP@LLM-105 is advanced to 296.5 ℃ and the heat release is increased to 1271 J/g. More importantly, AP@LLM-105 also showed excellent performance in sensitivity test, with impact sensitivity H 50 and friction sensitivity as low as 39 cm and 18%. Obviously, low-pollution AP@LLM-105 with high safety performance and excellent thermal decomposition performance provides a good candidate for composite solid propellants.
