摘要
D- limonene is the main volatile gas in citrus, and its content changes significantly after the citrus becomes infected, thus making it possible to use gas-derived information to identify pest-infested citrus. In this study, a quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) sensor based on a molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) coating was used to identify the citrus infested with Bactrocera dorsalis . The experimental results show that within the concentration range of 300–2100 mg m −3 , the sensor’s response to the concentration follows a linear trend, and its sensitivity was 0.078 Hz (mg m −3 ) −1 ; the detection limit was 41.40 mg m −3 . The sensor’s reproducibility and repeatability were both higher than 95%, and the one-month frequency drop deviation was less than 5%. The results confirmed that the MIPs-QCM sensor can rapid detection and nondestructive of infested citrus.
