摘要

A kind of multi-modified layered double hydroxide (LDH) was prepared as the filler to improve the thermal-oxidative aging resistance of Nitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR). Firstly, LDH was deposited in situ on the graphene oxide (GO) to get the intermediate filler by physical interaction, which is called LDH-GO (LG). Then 4-Aminodiphenylamine (RT) was grafted onto the LG to obtain LDH-GO-KH560-RT (LGR) compound filler with aging function by chemical modification. The result of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and 1 HNMR demonstrated that RT was grafted to the surface of LDH successfully. The morphology of LGR composite particles was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The graft ratio of RT was calculated by Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The mechanical properties of NBR/LGR composites were tested before and after aging. Compared with modified LDH prepared by intercalation method, the thermal-oxidative aging resistance of NBR was improved most obviously by adding LGR in the presence of carbon black. The aging resistance mechanism of NBR/LGR composite were studied by dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA), thermogravimetric-differential scanning calorimeter synchronization analysis (TGA-DSC), crosslinking density test and attenuated total reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectra (ATR-FTIR).
