摘要

In this work, we reported a luminol electrochemiluminescence (ECL) sensor using a composite material compounded by ZnO nanoparticles and reduced graphene oxide (ZnO/RGO) as electrode membrane and in situ generated hydrogen peroxide as coreactant. The composite material was characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy analysis (FTIR) and X-Ray powder diffraction (XRD). Then this ZnO/RGO modified electrode was used to determine tetracaine hydrochloride (TA· HCl). Results show that the inhibition of ECL intensity increased with logarithm of TA · HCl concentration within a linear range from 10–4 μg/mL to 10–2 μg/mL and the detection limit (S/N) was 3.3 × 10–5 μg/mL. In addition, the recoveries of real samples were 85.0%–104.0% (urine), 95.0%–127.4% (serum) and 87.0%–104.6% (raw material drug) respectively, demonstrating an acceptable reproducibility of this method.
