摘要
In this study, a zinc-based MOF material-[Zn 2 (btc)(atrz)(H 2 O) 2 ]·2H 2 O (btc = benzene-1,2,4-tricarboxylic acid, artz = 4-amino-1,2,4-triazole) was designed and applied as a sorbent for the vortex-assisted micro-solid-phase extraction (VA-µ-SPE) of UV filters from water and toner samples, followed by high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector determination. Parameters affecting VA-µ-SPE such as sorbent amount, desorption solvent, vortex time, desorption time, solution pH and salt concentration were optimized. Under the optimized conditions, linearity of the UV filters was obtained in the range of 5(10)–1000 ng mL −1 , and the correlation coefficient was higher than 0.9959. The limits of detection ranged between 1.5 and 3.2 ng mL −1 and limits of quantification were in the range of 4.2–10 ng mL −1 . The relative standard deviations were in the range of 2.3–7.1%. The recoveries for the spiked real samples were in the range of 90.7–111.3% with relative standard deviation less than 7.2%. It proved to be a fast, accurate and convenient method for extraction of UV filters from different matrices.
