摘要

In this work, a facial electrochemical method was developed for the sensitive triclosan (TCS) detection. The Au nanoparticles-electrochemically reduced graphene oxide (Au-ErGO) composite was deposited on glassy carbon electrode (GCE) by electrochemical way. Dodecanethiol (DDT) monolayers further self-assembled on Au-ErGO by forming Au-S bond. SEM, AFM, EDS, Raman, contact angle test and electrochemical way were applied to characterize the composites. The wrinkled Au-ErGO film would provide more active sites for TCS oxidation. More importantly, DDT monolayers could reduce the non-faradic current derived from the electrolyte. Therefore, the electrochemical response of TCS was effectively amplified on DDT/Au-ErGO/GCE with low background current. Under optimal conditions, the linear response of TCS on the modified electrodes ranged from 0.500 nM to 20.0 µM. The detection limit was calculated to be 0.253 nM. The modified electrode presented a reliable, sensitive and selective determination of TCS. Moreover, the sensor exhibited favorable analytical performance in lake water and daily chemicals.
