摘要

A water-stable 3D porous Gd-based MOF decorated by hydroxyl groups with irl topology, {[Gd 2 (OH-BDC) 2 (DMF) 2 (H 2 O) 2 ]∙(H 2 O)} n ( 1 ) (OH–H 2 BDC = 2,5-dihydroxyterephthalic acid, DMF = dimethylformamide) has been prepared and were structurally characterized. The results of TGA and PXRD revealed that 1 shows high thermal stability up to 350 °C and good water stability. 1 exhibits a 3D framework with 1D channel of 8.4 × 8.1 Å 2 parallel to the c axis. Activated 1 ( 1a ) shows an 5-Fluorouracil payload of 23.2 wt% and higher signal enhancement ability than Gd-DTPA with the r 1 value being 31.20 mM −1  S −1 . Meanwhile, 1a exhibits selective CO 2 uptake compare with CH 4 , N 2 , O 2 , and H 2 at room temperature under simulation condition. Furthermore, the magnetic property , in vitro MTT assays and in vivo Zebrafish toxicity tests of 1 have also been carried out.
