摘要
The excellent chemical, mechanical or physical functionalities of two-dimensional nanomaterials can be better performed by assembling two-dimensional nanosheets into crumpled structures. Herein, inspired by the wrinkles on human skin, we demonstrated a simple method to create out-of-plane crumpled surface morphology based on the expanding-shrinking process of tissue. The unique crumpled structure largely raises the fracture strain of Ti 3 C 2 T x MXene/Tissue composite film , which reaches 30.48%, while the tensile strength also shows an increasement to 28.63 MPa. The EMI shielding performance improved by the internal scattering achieves 77.0 dB. With vertically aligned Ti 3 C 2 T x nanosheets formed by the crumples, the through-plane thermal conductivity reached 1.12 W m −1 K −1 is obtained. Moreover, the enhanced photothermal conversion performance caused by the large specific surface area improves the solar-driven water evaporation rate to 1.85 kg m -2 h −1 . This work exhibits a novel method for fabricating multifunctional crumpled Ti 3 C 2 T x MXene composite film.
