摘要
The photoelectronic materials of hybrid organic-inorganic halide perovskite (HHPs) materials are an important research field. However, the defects on the surface of perovskite films need to be solved. For organic-inorganic halide perovskite materials, oxygen passivation has been regarded as an effective and convenient method to inhibit non-radiative recombination. In this paper, the unannealed CH 3 NH 3 PbI 3 precursor films were passivated by oxygen plasma for different irradiation times. The prepared perovskite films have large grain sizes, lower trap density, improved crystallinity, and strong absorption. The J-V curve shows that the HHPs solar cells with oxygen treatment increase the solar cell's overall photoelectric conversion efficiency (PCE) from 10.24% to 14.23%. Experimental results and analysis demonstrate that oxygen plasma successfully passivates the surface defects of perovskite, minimizes non-radiation recombination, and enhances device stability.
