摘要
Improving the separation efficiency of semiconductor photogenerated carriers is an important way to enhance the photocatalytic activity of water splitting. To establish an efficient photocatalytic hydrogen production system, a practical method combining metal-like cocatalysts with semiconductors was designed. This article prepared Ni-CdS by modifying Prussian blue analogues and synthesized Ni-CdS/1T-WS 2 composite materials by low-temperature mixing with metal-like catalyst 1T-WS 2 . At the optimal load concentration, it can reach 62.65 mmol g -1 . Firstly, the close contact interface formed between the two enables rapid transfer of photo generated electrons . Secondly, metal-like cocatalysts have a strong attraction to the charges generated by light, forcing electron hole separation and exacerbating this effect under illumination. This has been strongly demonstrated through a series of characterizations and in-situ radiation X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. In summary, this study provides a reliable and clear understanding for the modification of Prussian blue analogues and the regulation of photo induced charge transfer by metal-like cocatalysts.
