摘要
Herein, we have systematically illustrated the specific impact of Ce-Zn co-substituted M-type strontium hexaferrites on its microstructure and magnetic properties . An evident phase pattern change process and performance improvement are observed from a series of systematic measurements. The results of X-ray diffraction show that the single phase can be obtained when x = 0.00–0.30, the other unexpected diffraction peaks of hematite ( α -Fe 2 O 3 ) will appear in the patterns as x > 0.3. Scanning electron microscopy exhibits that all samples formed the uniform plane hexagonal structures with different substitution contents. FT-IR spectra verify the confirmation that M-type hexagonal structure has been formed thoroughly. M ( T ) curve displays the ferrimagnetic behavior of temperature dependent magnetization. And vibrating sample magnetometer indicates both M s and H c can be improved significantly, indicating an excellent performance in novel recording devices.
