摘要
Blue-light synapses have garnered significant attention owing to their potential application value in neuromorphic systems for myopia prevention, control, and the further mitigation of visual trauma. However, existing devices fail to meet neuromorphic application demands for optoelectronic performance and adaptive visual behaviors because of a complex fabrication process and limited blue-light-dependence eye-inspired function. Here, using an optimized microfluidic technology for perovskite quantum dots (QDs) with mild batch manufacturing process and high reproducibility, we developed a MoS 2 /CsPbBr 3 -based synaptic device integrating photo-sensing, memory, and adaptive visual computing capabilities. This was attributed to high blue-light collection efficiency and self-regulated charge transport in the heterostructure, enhancing photosensitivity ( P ) by 9700 times and detectivity ( D* ) by 22 times compared to the pristine 2D-based device, while successfully emulating key biological synaptic behaviors such as paired-pulse facilitation/depression (PPF/PPD) and long-term potentiation/depression (LTP/LTD). Moreover, the developed hybrid device achieved 92% recognition accuracy, compared to 20% for pristine devices, and possessed image pre-processing capabilities for noise reduction and contrast enhancement due to its differential response to varying blue-light pulse densities. The study present a simple method for fabricating optoelectronic synapses, promoting the integration of 2D semiconductors into artificial neural visual systems.
